FAQ
Do you take insurance? We do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance. We are considered Out of Network, Outpatient Physical Therapy. We accept HSA, FSA, credit card, check and cash.
How long is the wait for new patients? Currently 3-4 months – we do have an ongoing waitlist and will consider urgent patients, especially injured children, as a priority.
Do I have to complete the Foundations for Functional Health and/or the Shepherd Method before my first visit? You’ll get access the day you enroll, and we recommend starting immediately. Most patients complete it during the wait for their evaluation, which means we get further in our first session together. If your body is not ready for some of the work, we will address it in the clinic.
What if I need more visits? Many people do require and desire continued work after the initial program. They are price individually at $240, scheduled at whatever interval you need.
What if I’m already fairly healthy? Most people find real gaps once they look closely. The program meets you at your starting point.
Can I do this if I don’t live in Ohio? Patients travel here from around the country. We schedule intensive, multi-day appointments. It is recommend you begin the Foundations in Functional Health and/or The Shepherd Method prior to your scheduled appointments to get the most of your time in the clinic. Remote follow-up is available afterward.
Do you order labs? Our evaluative and treatment approach is not guided by lab work, but if a patient has recent lab work, we do encourage them to send us the results lab for us to review along side of our evaluative findings. If we find you need additional testing we will provide you with instructions of how to do so and/or refer to an appropriate provider. We do not directly order or interpret lab work.
