“You’d be so proud of me,” my patient told me as we were starting our session. I’ve gone back to the Power of Food-Elimination Diet and I am feeling so much better again.

She went on to tell me how gradually some of the foods that were causing inflammation in her body had crept back into her life. For her it was gluten and dairy. She was still really good about keep the sugar levels low.

Within a few days, she noticed how much better she felt: less bloating, less swelling in her hands and feet, great sleep.

Prior to reeling back in her nutrition she had undergone another health crises. She KNEW she had to get back on the bandwagon and decrease her inflammation.

She was SO proud of her self. Beaming.

I was beaming as well.

Not only was she feeling better, and her body felt better when I worked with her, but

she has learned how to listen to her body and has the tools she needs to support it!

My goal for you, my patients, every person is to teach you awareness of how to take care of your OWN body. Social media overwhelms us with everything we SHOULD do, but often those recommendations are not appropriate for you or me, or are only one piece of the puzzle.

As you learn about your body–what things make your body thrive and feel great and the things that make you feel bad and contribute to bigger health issues–you take your health back in your OWN hands and can adjust as your body tells you.

Life is always throwing us curveballs. And, it’s so very easy to fall off the bandwagon…indulge a little too much in food and drink, (or maybe not eating enough good nutrients), exercise falls off the radar, we get behind on sleep.

And our body tells us when we do!

How well do you know your body?

Are you curious when you start to experience symptoms or feel off?

Do you remember the things you were doing when you last felt great?

Only you can take your health in your own hands, and only you can make the choices to support what your body wants and needs. We just empower you along the way, and help you identify and develop the awareness for what your body needs.
