- 60–90 minute evaluations
- 60-minute follow-up sessions
- 6–8 patients/day (not 12–20)
- Cash Pay/Out-of-network model → simple documentation & no insurance barriers

Your Role
As a Physical Therapist at The Shepherd Center for Integrative Health, you will:
- Perform in-depth, whole-body assessments integrating orthopedic, neurological, and visceral perspectives
- Develop individualized treatment plans addressing structural, functional, and lifestyle needs
- Provide expert Manual Therapy and Neuromuscular Re-education
- Collaborate with a supportive, like-minded team
- Educate patients on movement, lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term health
- Document thoroughly but efficiently in an insurance-free environment
- Participate in community education, workshops, and clinical case discussions
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio
- 3–5 years experience in orthopedic or pelvic health with manual skills
- Strong hands-on skills and curiosity about advanced approaches
- Courses in Visceral manipulation, Neural manipulation, or Functional Manual Therapy® are a bonus, but not required
- Experience or interest in treating complex and chronic conditions
- A growth mindset—lifelong learner, highly coachable, and excited to be mentored
- Excellent communicator who values relationship-centered care
- Passion for whole-person, systems-based treatment
- Someone who wants to be part of a mission—not just clock in for a job
